Event Details & Plans:
Travel to LeClaire on your own or caravan in small groups.
If joining the club drive, meet at the Love’s Travel Stop at 4628 S. Main St., Rockford. This is the intersection of Il Route 2 and US Route 20. Meet at 8:45 am for a 9:00 departure.
En route to LeClaire, the caravan’s first destination will be the Putnam Museum and Science Center in Davenport, Iowa.
Members may visit the home of the “Pickers”, The Buffalo Bill Museum, or a nice winery just north of LeClaire on their own or in small groups. There is also a paddleboat that offers short river trips for those who have interest.
Hotel is the Comfort Inn, LeClaire. with plenty of parking. BBB will reserve a block of rooms.
Friday night enjoy a group dinner with some of the Quad City members in Bettendorf, IA.
Car show is the next day.
There will be a DJ, food trucks and downtown shopping at the car show.
After the car show a 5:30 dinner at Cabos II Mexican restaurant in Davenport, IA is planned.
