Membership Application
FOR NEW MEMBERS:
BBB is a membership 'driven' car club. We offer two options on the website for new members to join. If speed and driving in the fast lane is your thing, we recommend Option 1. If slow and scenic is your style, you may want to use Option 2. Either gets you to your destination! Or sign-up in person at any monthly club meeting. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (except December) at Thunder Bay Grille in Rockford. Dinner and social hour begin at 6:00 pm, followed by a business meeting at 7:00. Option 1 provides an online membership application as a web form which you can complete by clicking on the red button below. Fill in the requested fields and then mail your check to the club's PO Box listed at the bottom of this page. As new members, your first-year fee includes the $20 annual dues, plus a one-time cost of $9 per person for name tags (total of $38 per couple or $29 per single).
Option 2 is for those new members who prefer to download and print a paper application form as an Adobe Acrobat formatted document (PDF). You can complete and mail the application with check to the PO Box listed below. Dues can also be paid in person at the monthly club meetings.
FOR RENEWING MEMBERS:
Current members who have changes to their contact information may update their club records using the web form below. Click on the red Online Membership Application button to update your contact information and renew your membership. Then, you may simply send your $20.00 check to the address shown below. Use the Contact Us page on this site to send an email if you have any questions, or call the club's membership coordinator or other current officer.
OPTION 1: Click the red Online Membership Application button below to open the online new member application form. Fill in the fields on the form and hit the Submit button when your web application is complete. Then simply mail a check to the post office box address shown below or bring it to a club meeting.
OPTION 2: Click the blue Download & Print button below to download a PDF version of our membership application. You’ll need Adobe Reader installed on your device to download and print PDF formatted documents. Print the form and complete it. You may bring both the application and payment to either a monthly meeting or mail them to:
